For those unfamiliar, this type of trim stays “unfluffed” as packaged. You tear out the clear/plastic thread that keeps it all bunched up. When you tear that out, all the thread spreads out and you can use on it things like the border/finishing of a throw pillow (as seen in the image I added of a pillow).
