This is a ribbed velvet or a corduroy velvet. This was found in a donation from the 80s. I am unsure if this will be able to “un” wrinkle so I have the wrinkles in picture so you can see what I mean. You can either attempt to hand wash and get them out or lean into it and make something that would create an amazing look with the wrinkled parts.
