This seems to be a fully cut dress pattern without the pattern pieces. The fabric feels like a cotton that is a little stiffer than quilting cotton. I’m betting once complete it would be comfortable on a sunny day.
Size details - I only measured what looks like the front piece of the dress at the wides part under the armpits and it was 27” so with attaching the back pieces and seam allowance I’m imagining it might be between 50-52” around that area? No guarantees since I am not a dressmaker or pattern sewist.
