We have 3 cuts to offer you of this VERY VERY VINTAGE Blue Velvet, each of which is 40” Width. The 2 darker images is the most accurate look of the depth of this blue. It is definitely a dark royal, not quite a navy. It is GORGEOUS!
We received this donation still mostly in the box it came in (see pics for the old label that was on the outside of the box). There is even an image showing the “device” it was hanging on. A friend of the shop suggested it was hung on there to keep the velvet from getting crushed/wrinkled. Unfortunately all 3 cuts were not on the hooks/stand.
Cut #1 - 3 Yards 20” - The smoothest of all 3 cuts. I image this one might sell first.
Cut #2 - 4 Yards 6” - Fairly wrinkled with some distinct spots and about 3-4 long lines (selvage to selvage thankfully) that are permanently crushed into the fabric. We have discounted this cut by 20% to make up for it.
Cut #3 - 4 Yards 14” - Still smooth, just more wrinkled areas than cut#1
