I’ve not come across this type of fabric before but I did a good amount of searching and I believe we are 90% certain this is the fabric name that fits. It is soft and super warm. I think a lot of people use this type of fabric for leggings and warm relaxed sweaters/hoodies.
Burn test reveals this fabric is made from a blend of natural and synthetic fibers but it leaned heavily on natural results. I almost was going to call this a natural fiber, that’s how much it was leaning.
