Burn test reveals this fabric is made from natural fibers. This fabric is “old”. It’s not vintage that I’m aware of but it was possibly stored with older vintage fabrics. It feels a bit stiff so I thought it might be a polyester but burn testing says natural fibers. Normally I would call this a quilting cotton but a fabric width of 54” threw me off. Of course you can use it for whatever you’d like but just wanted to throw that in there. This definitely needs a wash to really see it’s potential.
