Waist measures 24” unstretched and about 44” stretched (but that’s at the most stretched and probably not comfortable)
Length of the skirt from waistband to bottom of hem, 20.5”
There are 2 layers of this lace that make up the skirt.
It has 1 seam, in the back.
There is a small pink-ish stain on the under layer of the front of the skirt (see images). It is not very visible in the images but might be a little more noticeable in person.
