Burn test reveals this fabric is made from synthetic fibers.
This isn’t like a super retro/vintage taffeta where the fabric is super stiff. There is more movement in this one but it’s still not very flowy overall. My guess is this would make an excellent liner before it would make an excellent formal dress.
