We went through the effort to rip 1 of the 5 books apart to see if it would be easier to ship the samples. It takes some physical effort and some time but makes the samples easier to ship, cheaper to ship and ultimately easier to work with. I show you in a few pictures what most of the fabric is made from and that the paper backing is fairly easy to rip off for use. We CAN ship it as a book, but contact us before we ship it so we know to leave as is.
It feels odd to sell samples but please remember that almost everything we sell is a donation/no cost to us. You are paying us to be curators of unique textiles NOT paying us for the things we’ve bought for resale. THIS is exactly the type of textiles that no one thinks about sitting in a landfill. So please create with your heart because you are rescuing the earth in advance.
