This is the kind of fabric that will give you a challenge with your sewing skills. It is stretchy and slinky so it wants to move a lot. There is a little texture to it so it’s not like a slippery silk, though. You don’t see it here but when held up to the light there is some sheerness to it but you’ll have to decide if you think it’s worth lining for a skirt/gown/dress/pants. This does burn test as synthetic.
