This fabric feels like there is a coating on it. It doesn’t feel exactly like it’s a plastic tablecloth but it definitely feels like something is there. So we dropped some water droplets and the result is what you see. It beaded up and eventually soaked through if I pushed/wiped it down but you could barely see it. Also, the selvage didn’t have any notation either. So I guess I’m going to consider this a water “resistant” fabric, or maybe “resilient” ? I definitely wouldn’t call it water proof.
