This is a somewhat sheer, lightweight poly crepe georgette. The white stripes are slightly more narrow than the black stripes. There is one part of the fabric that there was an issue during manufacturing, is my guess. I have included the image so you can see it is a series of 3 flaws in the printing of the stripes. They are 4” long, 16” long and 20” long. If you can cut around that, this is a great fabric for you.
